Island Quality Homes & Constructions (Tas) Pty Ltd was established in November 1998, and is a fully accredited Design & Construct building company.  This means homes are individually designed by taking into account the client's ideas, their lifestyle and family requirements.

The IQH team:

Managing Director, Steven Knight, is an Accredited Builder and Designer with over 30 years experience within the industry.  He is responsible for coordinating the sales function and guiding the company into the future.

Bookkeeper, Niki Abel, works part time in financial administration. She supports our team with the administration so they can focus their efforts on turning client dreams into a reality.

The IQH Trades People have been with us for many years. This ensures the workmanship is always of a professionally high standard.
